Refund Policy

Customer satisfaction is our highest priority at NAKU Laundry. If you are not satisfied with the quality of our service, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery. We will assess the issue and, if appropriate, re-clean the item free of charge. Refunds are issued only if the item cannot be re-cleaned to a satisfactory standard. Please note:

Refunds cannot be provided for items that have been worn or altered after delivery.

Claims for lost or damaged items must adhere to our Terms & Conditions guidelines.

All refund requests should be sent to contact@nakulaundry.com with your order reference number and a brief description of the issue.
